General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) apply to any booking made directly with La Ferme du Cerf Bleu, through the website www.lafermeducerfbleu.com or any other direct booking method (telephone, email, WhatsApp). Any booking implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Article 2, Purpose and accommodations concerned
These GTCS govern the seasonal rental of the following accommodations: the holiday cottages "Le Cerf" and "Le Loup", and the guest rooms "L'Ours" and "Le Faucon", as described on the website www.lafermeducerfbleu.com.
Article 3, Booking and prices
Prices are displayed in euros, per night, and vary according to the season and availability (dynamic pricing).
The price indicated at the time of booking is the final contractual price for the stay concerned, except for changes requested by the customer (change of dates, number of people, services).
The booking becomes firm and final upon receipt of payment (full or deposit, depending on the terms offered during booking) and written confirmation sent by us.
Article 4, Payment
Payment is made online, securely, via our booking platform.
Depending on the period and the type of stay, a deposit may be requested at the time of booking, with the balance due before or upon arrival.
The exact terms (deposit amount, balance due date) are specified during the booking process.
Article 5, Cancellation policy
Any booking becomes non-refundable upon the expiry of the last applicable cancellation period, or upon arrival (check-in), whichever occurs first.
100% refund if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of booking confirmation, provided that the booking was made at least 7 days before the arrival date.
100% refund if the cancellation occurs at least 30 days before the arrival date.
50% refund if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the arrival date.
No refund if the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the arrival date.
Any cancellation request must be sent by email to info@lafermeducerfbleu.fr or by phone at +33 6 30 41 95 00.
The date of receipt of the request shall be authentic for the application of the above scale.
In the event of cancellation by the hosts (SCI Les Bruyères), for any reason whatsoever, the client will be fully refunded for the amounts already paid.
Article 6, Absence of right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the customer does not benefit from the 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to distance selling, as this concerns a provision of accommodation services provided on a specified date.
Article 7, Arrival and departure
Arrival (check-in) is from 5:00 PM, departure (check-out) before 10:00 AM.
An early arrival or late departure may be arranged upon request, subject to availability, and may be subject to an extra charge.
Article 8, Pets
Pets are accepted in the holiday cottages "Le Cerf" and "Le Loup", as well as in the guest room "L'Ours".
They are not allowed in the guest room "Le Faucon".
The customer agrees to keep their pet under control and to report any possible damage.
Article 9, Tourist tax
The tourist tax, set by the local authority, is collected in addition to the price of the stay, according to the rate in force at the time of the stay, and paid to the municipality.
Article 10, Customer obligations and liability
The customer agrees to make peaceful and proper use of the rented premises.
They are responsible for any damage caused by them during their stay.
It is recommended that the customer has holiday insurance covering this type of risk.
SCI Les Bruyères cannot be held responsible for personal items lost, forgotten or stolen during the stay, nor for damage resulting from an event of force majeure.
Article 11, Complaints and consumer mediation
Any complaint relating to the stay must be sent as soon as possible to info@lafermeducerfbleu.fr, in order to allow a direct amicable resolution.
In accordance with Articles L. 616-1 and R. 616-1 of the French Consumer Code, if no amicable solution could be found within a reasonable period, the consumer customer has the right to refer the matter free of charge to the following consumer mediation service:

The mediator can only be contacted after a prior attempt to resolve the dispute directly with SCI Les Bruyères.
Article 12, Personal data
Personal data collected during booking are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Article 13, Language and applicable law
These GTCS are written in the French language.
In the case of translation into one or more foreign languages, only the French text shall be authoritative in the event of a dispute.
These GTCS are subject to French law.
In the absence of an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
